This project involved a comprehensive turnkey renovation for one of the region’s most renowned hospitality groups, aimed at revitalizing the space to meet contemporary luxury standards while preserving its brand essence. From initial design consultation to final handover, every phase was meticulously executed to ensure minimal operational disruption and maximum transformation. The renovation scope covered all essential disciplines including MEP, flooring, ceiling works, custom joinery, and bespoke furniture—delivered seamlessly under a single contract to ensure consistent quality and timely completion. Our MEP team carried out a full upgrade of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to align with modern efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards. Sophisticated climate control systems, updated lighting schemes, and efficient plumbing solutions were integrated without compromising the architectural charm of the space. The flooring was replaced with high-end materials suited for heavy foot traffic while enhancing the overall aesthetics. Ceilings were redesigned and finished with acoustic panels and ambient lighting to create a warm and inviting environment for guests.
